Directions: From 400 Take 400 north to exit 17 (GA 306) follow GA 306 about 8 miles to intersection with GA 53. Turn right on GA 53 go approximately 5 miles to Sardis Road. Turn left on Sardis and go a half mile and bear left onto Chestatee Rd. Follow Chestatee to Cool Springs and turn right onto Cool Springs. Go approximately 1 mile to Nix Bridge and turn left on Nix Bridge and follow road into Stratford on Lanier. Turn left at stop sign and Water Mark is on the right. From I-985: Take exit 16 (GA 53) and go west for approximately 10 miles (road names change from Mundy Mill to McEver to Dawsonville Hwy) to Sardis Road. Turn right on Sardis and go a half mile and bear left onto Chestatee Rd. Follow Chestatee to Cool Springs and turn right onto Cool Springs. Go approximately 1 mile to Nix Bridge and turn left on Nix Bridge and follow road into Stratford on Lanier. Turn left at stop sign and Water Mark is on the right. |
